- In case of wrong fitting the costumer can exchange or refunds about 5 days from the time you receive your merchandise. CONTACT US FIRST before returning your shoes.
- Send your shoes back to us in the original box and with a note inside explaining whether you want a refund or an exchange for a different size or a different shoe. If merchandise is used we will not exchange it or refund it.
- Test your shoes out at home on the carpet to avoid getting them dirty.
- On exchanges or refunds, you will pay for the shipping to us.
- We will pay to ship it back to you if it is an exchange.
- If an item is returned as defective we will refund the original shipping and the purchase price.
- If an item is returned as defective, but upon inspection is found to NOT be defective, We will only refund the price of the item; We do not refund the shipping.
- If the item is found to be damaged by the customer (whether through neglect, abuse, misuse, etc) We do not refund and will return said item to the customer. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
